The time came for me to jump ship and take on a new opportunity and leave Fluid, the ad agency of my home town. For keep sake I would like to share my final words with these great people. See below and enjoy.
"Well, this is it. The past two and half years have just flown by. Fluid has been a land mark in my life. A lot of great things have happened during my time working at Fluid; finished school, bought a house, got married, now expecting a baby and I have met some of the most incredible people the ad world has to offer. I haven't known all of you for a long time but I do wish you all the very best in your career and personal lives. Fluid is lucky to have all of you.
Last Requests/ Advice:
Be nice to Ryan, he is extra sensitive now that his favorite employee is leaving. Help out Brooke, without her this place would crumble. Respect Matt's beard, you can look just don't touch it. High five Dustin daily, you need it as much as he does. Always ask yourself WWMD (What Would Marianne Do?) before you react. If you do this the world will be a much better place. Remember this when Gerry, Dylan or Jesse ask you to do something: "Oh yeah they can beat me up". You might as well include Doreen in that mix. Talk softly to Brett he mostly likely was working late the night before creating a masterpiece. If you haven't gone for a ride in Franks truck you are missing out, it will only cost you a cookie. Best ride of your life. If you have questions about dev talk to Zack or Jake. I am not sure what that other guy does. If you get chilly know that Alex may rent out his Sunggie. If you need a "pick me up" go chat it up with Paul, he's a pretty nice guy he might even give you a hug. Stop asking Thatcher for is autograph he doesn't play for the Jazz. But you can ask him for fashion advice, he's a snappy dresser. Don't underestimate Todd he is an Army man as well. Wonder what movie you are going to see this weekend? Just talk to Matt A. he'll point you in the right direction. If you are ever looking for a life coach talk to Mike, he's got a pretty good perspective on things. Remember Eric may be younger than you but he just might be smarter. Get to know Dan, I never did. Seems like a nice guy. Be nice to Abbi she has a good chance of running this place one day. Do ask for Amanda's autograph she will be famous. Melissa is also a lawyer so yeah... make sure she gets a good creative brief. Next time you play kickball pick Annie first. If you have never heard of a "persona" ask Nella. Also the big room upstairs is Mckell's and Kylee's office, respect the space. Park next to Phil, if you do you might run a company one day.
You all are awesome I will miss Fluid. Who knows? I might be crawling back one day begging to take out the trash. Please stay in touch."
